"Moving fast and FURYO"
Big thanks to 'Ghost' for sending in this scan with the moving headline;
"Moving fast and FURYO"
Click for larger view
Not sure what local (Luton) paper this was from, but it mentions Furyo's
London Marquee club outing, with fellow lutonian 'progressive punk band
Paschendale supporting.
There is also mention of a forthcoming Library theatre gig with Tantra
and The Challenge, suipporting FURYO
Thanks again to Ghost for sending this in!

Mick mercer's FURYO photo's here
A big thanks to Mick Mercer, for sending these fabulous Furyo photo's
from their gig at the Klubfoot on 20 December 1983.
A very welcome contribution to the Furyo gallery, these pictures catch Furyo
at their most pertinent form. At this time in the bands career anything could
have happened as the optimism of the new band was driving towards new
possibilities.
These pics were taken almost a year after UK Decay played their final
gig at the same venue. By now Albie de lucia had become established in
the line up. _________________

They will be posted within the next few days!
Cheers again Tim and of course everyone who has contributed!

Tim Swain's UK Decay photo's
As promised here are Tim's UK Decay photo's
The first is truly a classic photo of 'UK DK' taken at the Marsh Farm,
Community Centre, Luton, on the 14th December, 1979.
The Nissan Hut Today
Venue of the legendary 1979 Crass, Poison Girls and
UK Decay gig.

The Flyer for that gig.
This was an extraordinary venue that was chosen for
that most memorable event.
The only time Crass & Poison Girls ever played in
Luton. It was set up as a benefit gig for the Cobalt Hate
fanzine. Unbelievably, 250 anarcho Punx squashed into the hut
to witness the live action.
Here is Tim's Shot, the only photo that we know of in existence from
that event!
Click for larger Gallery view
The next shot is taken nearly 3 years later at Stevenage Bowes Lyon
House. On that occasion UK DK were supported by Sex Gang Children
and Fields of Flame

The Belts!! another one from Stevenage Bowes Lyon
This was the third time UK Decay played here.
There are more which are now posted up in the 'Classic UK Decay' Gallery
And here is Tim's Flyer for that gig, in which he had a big hand in
organising, we think!

This flyer that tim has contributed is posted up in the 'Flyers and Posters'
Gallery
Many thanks to Tim Swain for sharing with us all, his pics!
