i think the jets made one single , then they changed their name to the tee vees and did a couple more. i've been looking but failed to find any of these. i guess it's a long shot that anyone has copies they'd want to sell or swop , but if anyone would tape/burn these for me i'm sure i could offer something decent in return. anyone care to comment on what these singles are like and which are the best ones?
same applies for the "voxhall tracks" EP , be great to hear that too.

Aha - in my record box I have a copy of The Jets - Original Terminal 7".
A Side: Block 4, B Side The Iceburn
Date: 1979. Good VIbrations GV1002
Looks like its in fine shape too.
One day I'll dig my phonograph out of the cupboard and slap it onto digital. Don't hold your breath though.
In the meanwhile, cover scans have been sent to the Werewolf for inclusion here. _________________ Chewing gum is television for the mouth - Lloyd Frank-Wright |

Whatever happened to Phil Imber, the singer. he was a good graphic designer as well. He did the covers shown here. I believe he did a web site about the Twinwood airbase north of Bedford. The one where Glen Miller the big band leader, flew out of in WW2, then "disappeared" over the Channel, never to be seen again. That was one gig he should have missed! |

They added "Original Terminal" as part of the name to avoid confusion with the rock'n'roll group The Jets who were about at the same time. |
