We are meeting with The Hat Factory next week to discuss tickets &
prices, printing and other finer details so we hope to bring you further
information after that. There has been considerable interest by those
seeking tickets and as there is a capacity limit of 110 it may become
important to pre-book your ticket early.
We are looking at ways to expand this capacity limit if need be, but for
the time being until necessary we shall keep it within our existing limit.
For those that may wish to book accommodation Greg is researching
Hotels and Bed & Breakfast establishments in the nearby area. Also if
anyone is interested in food, at the Hat Factory there is a cafe restaurant;
Poco Loco that is open until 7pm. We could arrange for a buffet but this
may incur a couple of quid extra on the ticket price, any thoughts on this?
If anyone is interested either accommodation for the night or food,
please contact
werewolf@ukdecay.co.uk
or
gregdreg@googlemail.com
any feedback would be useful!
We are looking at having UK Decay merchandise (CD’s, T-Shirt’s etc)
available on the night but at this point, we need to raise the finances to
get this off the ground.
Please watch this thread for further details.
