i hope it is ok to ask such a question here (if not do by all means delete it)
since years i am looking for a song from around 1986, unfortunatly i do not remember the artist or the title (i know thats no good ) but a friend told me to use the www as there is a chance someone will remember.

Right: in the video (clip) of the tune im on about there was a man standing in front singing and in the background there were 3 (sorry for any bad spelling english is only my second language) round watertanks. in each of the tanks was one human that seemed to float unconcious.
in the chorus line there was some sort of ringing sound and whenever the ring was coming the three people moved as though they had some electric shock.

ok i know this is rather slim information but perhaps someone here knows the tune and can kindly tell me
