VSTM are a fiercely DIY label based in Luton, that was set up primarily as a vehicle to promote unusual and experimental artists that have no other avenue for their music and are more interested in being heard and working in unusual situations than making vast amounts of money.

Dislocation is a festival hosted by VSTM Records, featuring a blend of experimental music and multimedia performances from a variety of artists on the label's rosta. It will take place in Luton between August 14th and August 16th. The festival consists of three main events, held at two different venues. These events celebrate the best in improv, noise, ambient, techno, glitch and new folk with two evening performances at The George 2nd pub (Improv Night Thursday 14th and New Folk Night, Friday 15th) followed by a day of musical performances and film scores at The Old Shop.
