Wanted!! Front of House Sound person for UK Decay
We are looking for a 'Front of House -Sound Person' for the up and coming
shows. The brief would be to handle and controll UK Decay's sound at the
Front of House Mixing Desk. To either liase and advise the venue's sound
technician or use a 'hand-on' approach towards achieving the bands
unique sound. Preferrably someone who knows or is familiar with the
bands performance and is free to take on board a handfull of shows per
year, both in the UK and Europe.
We would like someone who has the technical know-how and authority to
drive our sound in the right direction in a variety of often highly
competetive live situations. Ideally we would like to think this person
would have a real interest in UK Decay's music and be happy to spend a
little time on pre - show discussions and preparation.
We can pay some expenses plus catering and accomodation on the first
couple of shows, after that if we feel we have the right guy, we may be
able to factor-in an improved remuneration!
Above all this person will have to enjoy the lively company and travels
of the band, where its an 'all hands to the deck' approach on a live show!
