anyone in or around northampton that used to be, or still is for that matter, into this post punk scene? never met anyone since I moved up here who was into it. Met ex punks and ex new romantics, but mention stuff like UK Decay and there eyes glaze over! I was into the Mob, Blood and Roses, Bauhaus, TOH, The Birthday Party.....you get the idea...

Moved from Northants to germany some 8 years ago... Bit of bugger that. Used to live in Broughton near Kettering when i wasn't of studying somehwere far away...
Northampton wasn't exciting enough.... |

Hello! I live in Northampton and I kinda remember UK Decay (bit of an understatement there, I guess).
There is life outside LU7 and Leighton, from one who escaped both somewhat intact! |

i spend my time down the king billy, still many punk bands on around here. at back room racehorse pub. live music at king billy mainly rock.
few punks around here. shame roadmender closed.
been going there since 1979. any old punks still around come and say hello im usually djing somewhere.
