BRAND NEW!...
"FACES-GALLERY"
To the FACES GALLERY
We have today opened up a new gallery that will be dedicated to
some of the individuals & crew from the Luton & surrounding area’s
Punk crews from 1978 through to the end of the Eighties.
The first batch kindly supplied by Sandra, comprises some beautifully
candid shots of some of the known to many, individuals from the Luton
Leighton and Stevenage area from around 1979 to 1981.
We shall endeavour to re-organise the Forum and Galleries in the near
future, which shall result in there being a lot more pictures in this brand
new Gallery.
If you have relevant photo’s that you wouldn’t mind sharing with us all
and can scan them up, please contact me here....

Also I would like to point out that you can ‘comment’ on any picture,
perhaps filling us in with any relevant details! (Don’t forget, commenting
in the Galleries is restricted to the usual terms and conditions)
Please use the “Leave Comment” link that you can find below any
picture when viewed.

Hello there Roger how's it going. Glad you liked the pictures. Had a great time searching through them all and there are plenty more where that came from. That also includes one of you having just crawled out of a sleeping bag at Leeds Futurama 2. |

Bugsy has recently sent in a large batch of photos of his band
We have opened a new Gallery for the The Rattlesnakes .
He also sent up a batch of photos that included some well known characters
from the 80's Luton Punk scene!

Yet more Pics; this time 'Screaming Blue Murder' and more!

This time 'Anee' has been up into her loft and sorted us out a fine bunch
of pictures. Not only did she find these precious photo's but then
she went on to spend the weekend scanning them up!
Now they are here for all to see!
Well done and nice one Anee!
Included, are 3 fine photos of her band 'Screaming Blue Murder'
as far as we know the only ones in existance!
perhaps certainly on the net!

Apologises to all former members of Screaming Blue Murder, I would never claim that it was "my band" as I believe that I only ever did 2 gigs with them!
Also found in the attic was a pocket diary from 1982. According to this I actually had to audition to join the band to replace Tracy Garret who had moved to London. Screaming Blue Murder fell apart shortly afterwards, hopefully not because of my atrocious vocals!
I would've said that it was Alan's band more than anyone elses as certainly during my time with them, he was the Master and Commander!
Afterwards Blink and myself tampered with doing something musical with Jay Wolfendale which never came to anything before I ran away and joined the Tantra circus. |

| Tampered would be a good word. Never came to anything because i couldn't play properly. Sounded ok in state of shock but your songs needed more than one fingered chords !.. J x. |
