Fancy owning a 'Decay' numberplate?? ..Well nearly!

Spon said that he would swap it for his car, but I wouldn't recommend

Is it possible to modify it with a 'UK' at the front?
Or is it theoritically possible to have a legal UK Decay numberplate?
one wonders.
Perhaps we could purchase it for the UK Decay Communities Rolls Royce!
