"This album-length cassette catches their very last performance
at the Klub Foot where they promised, “it may be sad, but the best
is yet to come.”The whole gig’s here and apart from the disorientating
effect that onstage echo has on my tape recorder, it’s a pristine
sound. Nice clear vocals, deep twangy bass, striking drumming and
flowery, expressive guitar; the Decay hallmarks."

Thank you and Thank you (although it's not really my site I just admin and stuff. It's Martyn's site)
Btw, I posted a front page news item @ BSE (BitterSweet Embrace) about 'Nights for Celebration' and also put a link to the Uk Decay website at BSE links. _________________ ~your.slavish.little.conscience.gone.underground~

CD Update...Friday 17th december 2004
A week into the 'UKDKCOM1' 'Nights for Celebration' release
And deep in the Werewolfs lair at Aldwyck Towers
Production and despatch is in full swing!
Many early orders should now be arriving on various doorsteps
world-wide!
Apologies for any delay in acknowledging our Users Pay Pal
Purchases! All those that have purchased using Pay Pal should
now have had their transactions receipted via E mail!
We are learning the system as it goes along and this week
we have had 'Full-on' barrages of emails and orders to contend with,
as well as a host of unexpected website problems.
Now we have our system more or less 'in tune'
We have now despatched nearly half the 100 of the Limited Edition
with reservations still coming in, although there are still a few dozen
available, So if you havn't already ordered yours, you better
hurry while stocks last!!
If anyone has not received their email receipt yet, please
contact frankf@ukdecay.co.uk
The twitching 'hands of Frank' poor man! his fingers are worn
out by the constant stamping, flicking and the addressing of packages
Fridays batch ready for the post! Definately reminiscent
of the 'Split Single' dayz!
That loving care and attention, We do hope you enjoy this presentation
Its been great listening and doing it all again!
From the UKDecay Communities team;
ENJOY!!

Frank and the team,
Thanks for a great cd, it arrived on the sunnier side of the world today, just 10 days after you posting it , well done the Royal mail. I officially have the most travelled Uk Decay cd.
Again congratulations on producing such a nostalgic piece of collectability, cheers Spon for the methodical signing of boxes ( does cd 1 have the same sig as cd 100 or is it a very tired version on the latter. hehe.
If you havent registered and bought it yet please do so. I look forward to the official release next year. I must go and play it again
Enjoy ppl.

The most travelled Uk Decay cd!
Aha!, 10 days to get to the other side of the world at Christmas!
thats not bad, I have known letters to have taken that long to get here
that were posted only yards away!
Thanks for the feedback, Your unique serial no. was indeed 001 !
as it was in the 1st batch to go out, we thought it would be quite apt
for our New Zealand corrospondent to receive the first one!

Spon apparently 'moonlighted' on Donald Rummsfield's 'automated-signature' generating
machine! to sign the entire edition as his fingers gave out following
10 hours of practise!
ed's note..."isn't that bad taste!"
"what,, Spon or Donald Rummsfield"?
Hmmm

Christmas holliday update! 02.00am 26th December 2004
At the close of play on Friday 24th December we had got
all orders out that we had received barring 2 that came in
late on Friday. It is possible with the Christmas weekend and
a last minute postal srike here in the UK that there are
orders that won't arrive here or there, untill after the shutdown.
Please allow a few days into the next week for the post to get
back to normal
There are still a couple of dozen or so availlable along with a small
number of unclaimed reservations, so if you are interested in
please get your orders in soon!
One other thing, over this Christmas period we have had our highest
yet, visitor ratings. At times there have been dozens of users online at
the same time, surfing through the website. In the last few weeks we
have also had dozens of new members!
If your new here then 'Welcome!' please feel free to take part in
our forums, its always nice meeting new folk
next Update here early next week!
Merry Christmass!
